Meet Dr. Derrick Siebert
Dr. Siebert joined Radiology Associates of Wausau in 2014.
He is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Siebert is one of five fellowship trained Interventional Radiologists in the group. He has a range of interventional skills, including vascular interventions, interventional oncology and women’s health.
Dr. Siebert’s interests include targeted cancer treatment using embolization and ablation. Other interests include arterial and venous intervention, endovascular treatment of traumatic bleeding, vertebral fracture treatment with vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty, and the treatment of uterine fibroids with uterine artery embolization.
Born and raised in Wausau, Dr. Siebert serves on serveral state & national committees of the American College of Radiology. During training, he performed research on the diagnosis and treatment of GI bleeding and on the targeted radiation treatment of liver cancer.
