Meet Dr. Austin Belton
Dr. Belton joined Radiology Associates of Wausau in July, 2001 and is certified by the American Board of Radiology. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Belton has expertise in Radiology with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention. Dr. Belton has over 20 years of experience with diagnostic and therapeutic injection procedures, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and X-ray interpretation. Dr. Belton was responsible for establishing Radiology Associates’ Center for Pain Management (CPM), located in the Aspirus Neurosciences Center. At CPM, he performs spine, facet, nerve root, epidural, and joint injections for prompt relief of acute and chronic pain.
Outside of Radiology, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and travel.
